TOTAL CHAOS REVISTED
Like my ultra low-budget cover? You can thank google and Windows Paint for that!
So yeah, basically, I am going to ~transform~ TOTAL CHAOS the RPG into a novel. I've been writing a lot since 2010, and since my current draft of my novel-to-be, The Unseen, is on hiatus, I needed new inspiration and, well, this game just sort of jumped out at me. If you don't already know, Total Chaos is by far my favorite of all my rpg maker games, even though I know it's not the best, but I cherish this game to a level that is probably worrying. Anyway, the game hasn't exactly aged all that well--it was practically dated already when it was released in 2007--and so I doubt many people today would be willing to put up with the looooooooooooooong dungeons in order to get to the juicy plot, thus, I decided to write it down! =D
The novel version intends to follow the RPGM2K3 version closely, but of course there will be some deviations. I will be uploading the Preface and Chapter One very soon, so be on the lookout!
Tell me what you think!! It's okay, I don't bite.

MISSING "WOODSB"? FIND IT HERE!
it has come to my attention that some people might have a missing file that belongs in the "pictures" folder called "WoodsB". Some people may not experience this, but just in case, copy the picture in this folder and paste it into the game's picture folder:

Hello all! Vanity's demo that I promised you like 20 months ago? Well, it is here now! Sorry for the procrastination. Life + other duties got in the way, you know how that goes. ;)
Anyway, enjoys! Any comments, questions, rants, death threats, etc, can be placed right here on this blog OR emailed to me at: Eikichi@juno.com
I look forward to hearing from you!
- A Clyde

- It's twice as long (the original demo wasn't that long, don't worry)
- You get to actually choose your pathways
- Balance issues fixed
- Plot-holes/dialogue addressed
- I changed the way some of the pictures were presented to give them a slightly more...'unified' look, if you will.
- There is a '
- A new title screen
And of course, the mainstays:
- Colored arrows to direct you to your next destination (in addition to hints)
- When backtracking you can skip battles - meaning you don't have to flee from the same enemies over and over

VANITY: EXTENDED DEMO (coming soon)
If all goes well, this will more than likely be my next completed project...after years upon years of hiatuses.
I've been so focused on other things (and real life, ykwim?) that I've been doing much with my RM stuff, but I intend to work on this a little bit each day until I finish this!
Stuff you should know:
Some stuff about the new demo:
- It's twice as long (the original demo wasn't that long, don't worry)
- You get to actually choose your pathways
- Balance issues will be fixed
- Plot-holes/dialogue issues addressed
- I changed the way some of the pictures were presented to give them a slightly more...'unified' look, if you will.
- There will be a 'chart' that you can access from your menu screen that will explain the strengths and weaknesses of each element (since the game doesn't use traditional elements like "fire, water...etc".
- A new title screen
And of course, the mainstays:
- Colored arrows to direct you to your next destination (in addition to hints)
- When backtracking you can skip battles - meaning you won't have to free from the same enemies over and over
So that's all for now!
Never mind, I lied. Here's yet another title screen:

NEW PLANS AND....A VIDEO!
Hello all!
I think I'm going to try my hand at writing a full-length novel again. I finished planning for one I intend to write in the near future called "Eternal Blaze", which I love so far, but before I start that, I am going to do a "practice run" if you will, of a story I have in mind called "Vanity". Yes, I stole the name from one of my older/current projects, but I'm going to take it to a completely different direction. I'm basically going to scrap 'Forbidden' and start over, but still use the same characters (but in different roles, more or less). I may or may not decide to upload Forbidden in its *RAW* unedited form...but that would be pretty embarrassing. ;) Well actually, it depends on how comfortable I am with writing Vanity and the kind of feedback I get on it. I'm actually looking forward to this because it will grant me the kind of creative freedom and opportunities for ~*DEPTH*~ and expansion that I would never have had writing screenplays.
Also, I uploaded some videos I had of Total Chaos were laying around. You can check them out on my youtube channel or Total Chaos's game page!
