For some reason, today I was playing through my old games (Onyx, Onyx 2 and Total Chaos). One of them made me cringe, I chuckled at some scenes from the other, and there was one I was pleasantly surprised by... and that one was Onyx 2. So I went back over the intro stage, touched it up a little...but the biggest thing I did for it was removing the facesets, which people have complained about since the day it was released (but I was too lazy to change anything).
So to summarize, Onyx 2 has a new download up, a version without the facesets. Sounds like a minor change, but considering what the facesets looked like (and how BIG they were)....some people may be quite happy with the change. I hope.
Here some screens showing off the change. A video or two may follow!
Anyway, for those who actually liked the facesets (all two of you =P), that download will remain as well.
Anyways, until next time...see ya!
PS: Complete Chaos's download count has reached 5000, and Total Chaos has reached 10,000. *plays Usher's OMG*

COMPLETE CHAOS REACHES 4000 DOWNLOADS!!!
4042, to be exact.
Today, Complete Chaos: Special Edition has reached over 4000 downloads, according to MediaFire.Which means, it has beat Onyx 2's total download count (3700+) in just a two months of release, versus the latter's three years of release. Furthermore, this makes Complete Chaos my third highest downloaded game ever.
Another fun fact: just last week Total Chaos' total download count has risen to 9800+, beating out Onyx's 9700+ and becoming my highest downloaded game ever. Whoo-hoo!
Minor note, but the "standard edition" of Complete Chaos has 1040+ downloads. It rose to about 1000 before the release of the Special Edition.
I'm not sure where these downloads are coming from, but I'm certainly thankful, and I hope the players are enjoying the game. Thanks so much, guys! =D

COMPLETE CHAOS: SPECIAL EDITION RELEASE!
And it comes with a trailer! Enjoy!
Download Link: http://www.mediafire.com/?nymzyzgyngt
The following issues have been addressed/fixed in this version, including:
- Graphical issues (mix-matched facesets begone!)
- Balance issues (enemies are slower in battle and the encounters are not as frequent. To compensate, the characters get more experience in battle and new equipment/items are MUCH less expensive. I also edited some of the characters' stats as well--some were seriously overpowered)
- Fixed plot-holes
- Cleaned up some of the language (when it didn't make sense)
- Dropped more hints for the player
Also, as a "treat" if you will, this new version contains exclusive material not found in the original game, such as:
- More optional dungeons
- Hidden playable characters
- 2 bonus endings (one good/one bad) that replace the original ending
The "standard edition" will be available too, encase anyone's curious about it....

COMPLETE CHAOS GETS A RE-RELEASE!
I'm going to re-release this game as "Complete Chaos: Special Edition." This version fixes up some issues the first release had (such as the enemy encounters, balance issues/graphics, lack of proper directions at certain points as well as bit of the profanity), as well as contains a number of additional optional quests (which includes 3 hidden characters and 1 new bonus ending!). I am currently putting the finishing touches on the Deluxe edition and I plan to test-play through the entire game again to make sure it runs smoothly, which should take a week or two, give or take.
When I'm finished with that, I'm going to make a 10 minute gameplay trailer of the Special Edition a la Vanity.
That's all for now and I will keep you posted! The "standard" edition will still remain available.

TOTAL CHAOS - THE UNDERGROUND SHRINE 'PUZZLE'
Hey guys! I get asked this a lot so I decided to enter directions on how to beat the Underground Shrine in Total Chaos, you know, the area with all the darkness and stuff. You're supposed to light the way with candles but finding the first one can be a little tricky...
Alright, here we go!
---
The black screen is intentional. You're supposed to light the way with candles. Here specific directions to reach the first candle:
FROM THE STARTING POINT (without moving):
1) Take FIVE STEPS DOWN
2) Take SEVEN STEPS to the LEFT
3) Take TWO STEPS UP
4) Take EIGHT STEPS to the LEFT and you will arrive at the second section:
5) Now, take FORTY-SEVEN STEPS to the LEFT.
6) Take ONE STEP UP
7) Click ENTER and you'll arrive at a small room.
8) Next, take SIX STEPS UP and click ENTER and you'll have your first candle. If you click enter and nothing happens, and turn RIGHT ONCE and hit enter again.
Each candle lasts for about five minutes before going out. That said, this dungeon is short compared to the others, so you can easily breeze through the battles and rack up the candles, thus no longer having to worry about another "blackout." However, if you were to skip every random encounter in that dungeon, that WILL NOT hurt you at all when facing the boss. :)
I hope that helps.
----
Don't worry, you will never see anything like this again in any of my games.

"OMG, I tried using Johnnie's "Glue" and the game crashes! Wtf?!?!?!"
-Here's how you fix that:
1) Open the COMPLETE CHAOS game folder.
2) Open the the "BATTLE" folder.
3) Find the picture that says "paralyze1"
4) copy that file into a separate folder, and then rename it to "Paralysis"
5) insert the "Paralysis" picture file into the BATTLE folder, and the game shouldn't crash when using that spell.
6) Remember, BOTH "paralyze1" and "Paralysis" files need to exist to avoid further crashes.
